AUGUST, 2011 - NEWSLETTER

We had a great meeting in July at the Gilmore Car Museum with everyone able to tour the museum and grounds at their own pace after the meeting.  I think everyone in attendance enjoyed themselves.

On August 27, we as a club are being invited to the Grand Rapids Volvo Dealer, Betten Imports for the local Metro Cruise.  Their address is: 5901 28th Street, S.E., Grand Rapids, MI 49548, 616/301-2100 and their web address is www.bettenimports.com. They have agreed to clear the front row of their lot for display of our cars, plan to award a first second and third place award (I think some sort of gift certificates), party favors for all participants and some food for participants.  We can go cruise from there or stay the whole day.  More details are forthcoming.
