First there is the Wednesday Night Cruise-in at the
Gilmore Car Museum on Wednesday night Sept 2nd (not Wed the 26th
of Aug. as previously mentioned). Hours are 5 till 8 (or 9?). Shoot for
being there by the diner at 6. Lots of cool cars and participation is free.
Diner will have food and frozen custer. Come visit with your friends.
September 15 in Lansing is our regular membership
meeting at Clara’s on Michigan St. Starting at 5:30. We will be planning
next year’s events and relaxing and meeting with our friends.
Come one and all.
2010 is the 50th Birthday of the Volvo 1800
and there has been some discussion that the Birthday Bash should take place at
the Volvos at the Gilmore III (tentatively the weekend of August 14th-15th,
2010). I would invite you all to comment on that since (as an owner of
two 1800’s) I am hardly impartial!! Send me an email
