·         John Northup reported that he had made contact with the Hostetler Hudson museum people.  Mentioned a proposed trip in the Spring (possibly last week-end in April).  Maybe a combined trip to Studebaker museum as well.

·         John also made contact with Horst Gienapp (President of Ohio chapter) re: ID pins.  Conclusion; too expensive for us right now.

·         Tim Cox presented our proposed national meet agenda.  Agenda was accepted per John Holtzapple and board of directors of the national VCOA.  Also,  national  club has authorized  $1500 as seed money.

·          The Clarion hotel in Kalamazoo will host us.  Saturday night dinner is included.  Searching for a dinner speaker.  Tim was in contact with Rich Gordon of IPD.  Another possibility would be Pelle Petterson (designer of the 1800 series cars).  Speaker still TBD.

·         Looking for additional sponsors.  Maple Hill Volvo is a possibility.

·         Looking for volunteers to initiate a 50th anniversary party honoring the P1800, 1800S,ES cars.  David Irvine to spearhead.

·         Scott Peper, (treasurer of national VCOA) will attend meet.

·         Judging will be similar to last year.  Gary Hershoren to formulate.

·         Tim Cox to head up Saturday Gilmore activities.

·         Daryl Tammen will help us find Sunday cruise route and beach (hopefully) destination.

·         Gary Hershoren suggested we investigate a national contest to design the logo for the meet and T-shirts awards, etc.

·         Al Bulgrin to head up Friday evening activities.

STILL PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITY FOR VOLUNTEER PLANNING POSITIONS.  CALL, EMAIL, OR SHOW UP AT NEXT MEETING!

Respectfully submitted,
